I had some issues. The room had low light, it was pretty dim! They refilled water bottles instead of giving new plastic ones. I think that is unhygienic, really. The pastries were bad and the room decor didn't seem luxurious enough for the money I spent. Nights were boring. The animation team did nothing and they SHOULD be present in hotels, especially for families.

the hotel provided great service. the staff ensured i was enjoying my stay. the food tasted good. i also found lots of options daily. the kids club was super nice.

The room decor seemed old. It was not luxurious enough for the amount paid. nights were dull. there was no entertainment from the animation team, which should be present in hotels. this is especially important for families.
